Training Modules are in-game tutorials for Starship Simulator. They provide demonstrations for gameplay mechanics and department roles, such as using Sensors to navigate the Milky Way and bringing the ship's Fusion Reactor online to power the ship. The tutorials can be accessed through the main menu and take place in environments isolated from gameplay, so that existing game saves remain unaffected. Training Modules were added in Tech Demo 2, with new modules and updates added when new gameplay mechanics are added in development.
