A star system is the term given to the area containing and surrounding a star. This space is represented within a notional in-game cubic light year of the Milky Way and includes celestial bodies that orbit it, such as planets, comets, asteroids, moons and planetary nebulae. Star systems can consist of more than one star, e.g., binary stars like Sirius.
