The Orange is a common interactable prop found within the UNSF Magellan. It represents a piece of fruit and can be interacted with physically in the game world. [[File:Orange.jpg|thumbnail|right|An in-game orange prop.]

Overview

Oranges are round, edible props that players can pick up, carry, and throw. They're part of the detailed environment of the starship, helping to create a lived-in feel for various areas, particularly those related to food service.

Functionality

  • Physics: Oranges have in-game physics, letting players manipulate them (e.g., pick them up, drop them, throw them).
  • No Current Gameplay Function: As of current development builds, oranges don't serve any specific gameplay purpose beyond their physical interaction (e.g., you can't eat them for health, use them as a tool, or use them for any mission objectives).

Locations

You'll typically find oranges in common areas where food might be present, such as the Mess Hall (planned page) or VIP Lounge.
