A deck is the term given to a floor level on a starship. Separated by ceilings and floors, they can be navigated by means of lifts and stairways. A department usually operates on a single deck, though some like Engineering are deployed across multiple decks.

Magellan Class
On Magellan class starships, there are seven decks labelled A to G.
- A Deck: Command Centre
- B Deck: Administration and Staterooms
- C Deck: Science Labs
- D Deck: Upper Habitation
- E Deck: Lower Habitation
- F Deck: Engineering
- G Deck: Engineering
Caravella Class
On Caravella class starships, there are four decks.
