Stewards are responsible for managing the ship's living and dining areas, ensuring the cleanliness of the ship, and preparing and serving meals. Steward crewmembers will wear black clothing.
Roles
Chief Steward
The head of the Stewards department. The chief steward will be in charge of creating and assigning tasks for other stewards to prepare, such as clearing a mess or preparing a meal for ambassadors. The role will be assigned to either a Lieutenant or Lieutenant Commander.
Chef
A crew member assigned to food preparation duties. They will be tasked with preparing meals for the crew, passengers and visitors. The role is often assigned to Ensigns or Enlisted personnel.
Janitor
A crew member assigned to cleaning duties. They will be tasked with clearing up messes or maintaining hygienic standards on the ship. The role is often assigned to Ensigns or Enlisted personnel.
