Science

The science department collects data and samples, analyses them in shipboard laboratories, and contributes to various scientific fields. Science crewmembers will wear blue clothing.

Roles

Head of Science

The chief scientific officer on the ship and department head. The head of science will likely create tasks and experiments for the department to run, and assign other officers to perform them. The role is assigned to a Lieutenant or Lieutenant Commander.
